Made.com Group plc (Made.com) announced its intention to launch an initial public offering
(IPO) and to admit its shares on the premium segment on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange
(LSE). The company is seeking to raise up to £100m and the offer would include an offer of existing shares to
be sold by existing shareholders.
The company also published its registration document.
1 June 2021:
Made.com confirmed its intention to float on the Main Market of the LSE. The final offer price
will be determined following a book-building process.
16 June 2021:
Made.com announced the pricing of its (IPO) at 200 pence per share. Based on the offer price,
the company's market capitalisation will be approximately £775.3m. The company also published its
prospectus.
21 June 2021:
Made.com announced that its entire issued ordinary share capital, consisting of 387,660,176
shares, had been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the
LSE’s Main Market.
